It is with profound sadness that TFASA confirms the tragic loss of our esteemed colleague and friend, James O’Connell, who was involved in a fatal accident on Saturday, 22 March 2025, while piloting one of our display aircraft at the West Coast Airshow in Saldanha, South Africa.
